Billing questions
What counts as one song?
One upload that finishes processing counts as one song, no matter how many stems it produces. Re-downloading stems of a song you already processed does not count again.
Do unused songs roll over?
Songs reset at the start of every billing period. Unused songs do not roll over, so it pays to upload at the beginning of the month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What audio formats are supported?
You can upload MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A/AAC and OGG files. Downloads are available as MP3, WAV and, on Pro and Studio, lossless FLAC.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are processed by Stripe with a card. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; nothing else touches your card.
