Try before you pay
You can process songs and listen to the results before subscribing. We recommend you test the quality on your own material first, because the free preview already shows the separation quality of the paid plans.
Monthly plans
If the service did not work for you, write to support@vocalremover.lol within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the current period, as long as you used fewer than 10 songs on it.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus the equivalent of one month at the monthly price. After that we do not issue partial refunds for the unused part of the year.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and your downloads stay available.
How to request
Write to support@vocalremover.lol from the email that is linked to your account, including the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
