What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you subscribe we store the plan, its status and the identifiers our payment provider returns. We also store the file name, format and duration of the songs you process so we can show them in your history.
Your audio files
The songs you upload are processed to separate vocals from instruments and are deleted from our processing storage shortly after processing finishes. We do not listen to your tracks, we do not share them, and we do not use them to train models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers; Stripe stores them under its own security program. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies that are required to keep you signed in. With your consent we may use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features are used. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Files and processing results are removed on a rolling basis. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to support@vocalremover.lol. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
